BrokerHub

Privacy Policy

Who we are

BrokerHub is provided by Oakleaf Group LLC, doing business as SMB Advantage. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your firm's content to market to anyone.

Who helps us run it

We use a small number of service providers, each only for its part of the job:

Google Fonts supplies the typeface on this website, so your browser contacts Google when the page loads.

Measuring visits and ads

This website uses Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. They use cookies to count visits, see which pages and buttons are used, and tell us whether someone who saw a BrokerHub ad on Facebook or Instagram went on to start a trial. Meta may also use this to show BrokerHub ads to people who visited.

When you type your name, email or phone number into our contact form, or after you pay, the Meta pixel sends Meta a hashed (coded) copy of those details. Meta may also receive these website events through its own server connection (the Conversions API), so they still arrive when a browser blocks the pixel. Meta uses it to match the visit to a Facebook or Instagram account, so we can tell which ads work. Google receives no names, emails or phone numbers, and neither tool receives anything your firm adds to BrokerHub. Inside the BrokerHub app, they run only on the welcome page you see right after paying. They also run in the public demo at demo.getbrokerhub.com, which holds made-up data only.

To opt out, block cookies for this site in your browser, use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on, or change your Meta ad preferences.

How long we keep it

Contact-form details are kept while we're talking with you and for a reasonable time afterward. Your firm's data is kept while your firm uses BrokerHub, then exported on request and deleted as described in our Terms of Service.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we'll respond promptly. If your information sits inside your firm's BrokerHub account, we may need your firm's admin to agree to the change.

The BrokerHub network

If you share an item with the BrokerHub network, other brokers on BrokerHub see it. A shared listing or request shows your name, phone and email so they can reach you. A shared note shows your name. A shared contractor rating does not show your name. Nothing is shared unless you switch it on for that item. Net prices, last-sold prices, your clients' details, documents, videos and voice notes are never shared.

Security

Each firm's data is kept separate from every other firm's, apart from the items you share with the network. Access is limited to the people your firm allows, and private items like wholesale bid amounts are limited further. Our own team can't open your firm's records unless your owner or an admin turns on support access, and every change to that setting is recorded. More on our Your data page. No system is perfectly secure, and we'll tell affected firms promptly if something goes wrong.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell your firm's admin.
