Other brokers see only what you choose to share. Our team can't see your data unless you let us in.
Your listings, notes, boats, buyers, contractor ratings, surveys and wholesale deals are visible only to your own people, unless you share an item with the BrokerHub network. Another firm's brokers and admins can never change or delete anything of yours.
Search and the AI tools only ever look at your own firm's records. The email alerts show your own firm's records, plus items other brokers chose to share on the BrokerHub network. Each login belongs to one firm, and nobody can move a login to another firm.
Support access is off when your firm starts. While it is off, our team's logins can't open your firm's records, and we get no copy of your emails.
If you want our help with something, your owner or an admin can turn support access on in Admin > Settings, and turn it off again after. Every change is recorded, with who made it and when.
Like any hosted software, the people who run the servers hold the keys to them. We use them only to run backups and to fix outages.

Net prices, last-sold prices, your clients' details, documents, videos, voice notes, surveys, checklists and wholesale deals are never shared. You can stop sharing an item at any time.
Every update is tested before it ships. The test sets up two firms and tries more than 100 ways to cross from one to the other: reading, changing, linking, searching and emailing. A second test checks that a shared item shows other brokers only the parts listed above, and nothing that was not shared. If any of them fails, the update does not go out.
The AI tools answer from your own firm's notes only. They run on your own Anthropic key, and Anthropic does not train its models on what is sent through it. Its business terms rule that out.
We export your data for you. Then we delete it from BrokerHub, and the copies in our backups are gone within 90 days.
Your records and files are stored with Supabase in the United States. Emails go out through Resend. A second copy of your files is kept with Cloudflare as a backup. The full list is in our privacy policy.
