When can I start?

We're rolling out to select brokers and brokerages over the next 30 days, from the list. You get an email when your access is ready, with the FLIBS price on your account if you joined by November 8. Nothing is charged until you choose to start.

Will anyone be on it?

It's launch week, and the list gets in first. Every broker who joins puts more off-market boats and more buyers in front of you. That's why today's price is a launch price.

Who sees what I add?

Other brokers see what you put on the network: the boat, its specs and photos, the asking price and how to reach you. Net prices, client details, documents and videos never go on it. Your data, in full.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. It installs on any phone from the browser and opens like an app. No app store needed.

Is it my brand or yours?

Yours, on the full suite. You see your name and colors on every screen. We sit quietly in the background.

What if it isn't for me?

Monthly plans cancel any time and stop at the end of the month you have paid for. Yearly plans run to the end of the paid year. Your data is yours. We export it for you, then delete it, and the copies in our backups are gone within 90 days.

What is the BrokerHub network?

Brokers on BrokerHub sharing off-market boats, buyer requests, notes on boats they've walked, and contractor ratings. Ratings never show who wrote them.

Can BrokerHub's team see my data?

Not unless you let us in. Support access is off when you start. You can turn it on when you want our help, and every change is recorded.

Does the AI learn from my data?

No. The AI tools answer from your own notes only. They run on your own Anthropic account, which bills you for what you use, and Anthropic does not train its models on what is sent through it.

I run a brokerage with years of notes. Do we start over?

No. We move your existing data in as part of setup and check it with you before anyone signs in.

We use other tools already. Do they go away?

Keep them. Add any tool your firm uses as a custom link on the home screen.
